What Kestral Does 

The Kestral group provides consultancy and program management services to selected multinational corporations based in the US, Canada, UK, France & China, as well as to state agencies and the private sector in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Brunei, Afghanistan, Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrain, Nigeria and USA who utilize the products and services of Kestral, its principals and business partners.

Kestral has helped to plan and facilitate a number of key projects for its customers, foremost among them being the Armed Forces of Pakistan. This constitutes a core activity of Kestral to this day. A team of dedicated professionals from the private sector, civil services and the defense forces have made it possible for the company to help execute many mid to large size programs smoothly and efficiently.  In the process Kestral has steadily built its reputation for reliability and effectiveness.

Over the years, Kestral has entered into representation agreements with various divisions of the following Corporations and today represents: Lockheed Martin, United Technologies, Raytheon, Pratt and Whitney (Canada), Kearfott, L3 Communications, Hydraulics International, Sagem, ITT Industries, Intermat, Sikorsky, General Dynamics, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, Goodrich Corporation, International Aero Engines, Oshkosh Truck Corporation, Daher, EDO, and ISI Hella, China National Construction Machinery Corporation (SINOMACH-CCMC).  Additionally, due diligence is in progress with some other US and European companies and representation agreements are likely to be signed in the near future.

 Future Plans & Prospects 

Pakistan’s emergence since 11 September 2001 as a key country in the war against international terrorism has provided Kestral an opening to show its skills as a facilitator for the defense services in Pakistan and its US and European clients.

Kestral is now taking advantage of Pakistan’s higher annual growth rate of over 6 percent and the vastly improved business environment to further expand its operations. This is reflected in a doubling of Kestral’s work force during 2004-7.

With a proactive approach, Kestral plans on diversifying its business areas and exploring new markets while consolidating its existing operations.
